I strive to provide a personalized, positive, and relaxing experience to all my clients. Last-minute cancellations and no-shows have an impact on my ability to serve my clients. Preparation for your treatment begins well in advance of your visit to my studio. In order for me to reserve a place in my schedule for you, I require that you agree to my cancellation policy, as follows: I kindly request that all clients cancel or reschedule their appointments at least 24 hours in advance, allowing me the opportunity to accommodate another client. If you have to cancel the day of your appointment because of an emergency, that's ok, as long as you don't no-show. No Shows - The first no-show is a warning. The second no-show will require a 50% deposit to secure a booking again. For 3rd or more no-shows, you will no longer be able to book appointments. Late Arrivals - I understand that traffic can be busy, the parking lot can get hectic, and life can happen. However, please know that if you arrive 15 minutes or more late WITHOUT contacting me, your appointment will be cancelled and you will be asked to reschedule.
